For instance, if our servers are down for 3 hours (after the 1% down time is over), then we will extend your hosting package on our server to 15 hours more (i.e. 3 hours x 5 times).

d) We are not responsible for any kind of domain name problems, which you register with other domain registering companies.

e) Though we take all the preventive strong measures to safeguard your data, we are not at all responsible if your data is lost some how or other. We recommend to backup your online data on hourly or daily or weekly or monthly basis, depending on importance of the online data. The online data include site files, e-mail files, database files and any other all kind of files.

f) Our general respond time for support, sales, and other queries, will be with in 24 hours. But in few cases our general respond time for these things may go even for 72 hours.

g) We reserve all rights to terminate your hosting package/s without any kind of notices, if we feel your behavior towards us is not correct.
